Chris embarked on his internet journey over four decades ago with a "state of the art" 300 baud modem in 1981. He helped establish three ISPs in the '90s and several Managed Service Providers. With a career dedicated to reducing operational risk wherever business and technology touch, his journey led to a professional epiphany with his home Internet performance during the Pandemic shutdown. His connectivity problems led him to start Assured Ops Inc., a provider of Managed SD-WAN services that bolster Internet reliability for critical sectors such as Telemedicine, Retail and Hospitality. Today, Chris makes it his mission to deliver seamless connectivity, crucial for the evolving digital landscape.
